In your Scale Day, we'll focus on solving the biggest bottleneck to scaling YOUR business.
That means, no Scale Day is exactly alike. We custom tailor your day to you and your business.
HERE'S WHAT'S INCLUDED
We'll kickoff with a 60 minute strategy call to get up to speed on your goals and uncover your biggest bottleneck. Then, we'll map out your personalized Scale Day agenda to ensure we tackle what will move the needle the most in your business.
6 HOUR INTENSIVE
Your virtual Scale Day will include four ~90 minute sessions, custom-tailored to your biggest business challenges and goals. Whether you need strategy, implementation, mindset or a mixture of all three - we've got you covered!
To ensure you're supported well as you implement everything we cover during your Scale Day, you'll get 30 days of Voxer access to cover any and all questions that may arise!
You'll receive access to the recordings of your Scale Day sessions along with any resources or templates used during your intensive in a private member portal so you can review them again as needed.
HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT
Step 1: Apply for your Scale Day
TODAY: Apply for your Scale Day intensive.
WITHIN 24 BUSINESS HOURS: If you are a good fit for the intensive, you will receive an email to book your intensive, submit payment to secure your spot. Once your payment is submitted, you will receive a contract to look over and sign.
AFTER BOOKING IS COMPLETE: You’ll receive a welcome email with next steps including a link to book your kickoff strategy call.
Step 2: Kickoff Strategy
Two weeks prior to your Scale Day we'll meet via Zoom for a 1 hour strategy call. During this call, I'll get up to speed on your business, goals and uncover your biggest bottleneck. Then, we'll map out your personalized Scale Day agenda to ensure we tackle what will move the needle the most in your business.
PRE-WORK: After our strategy call, my team and I will get to work prepping materials and resources for your Scale Day. And we'll also send over a list of any pre-work that we'll need you to complete prior to your intensive, in order to make the most of our time together.
Step 3: Your Scale Day
We’ll meet over Zoom for ~6 hours to conduct your Scale Day intensive. Don’t worry, we’ll have regular restroom, stretch + snack breaks along with a lunch break to keep the energy and momentum riding high.
WITHIN 1 WEEK AFTER YOUR SCALE DAY: We’ll unlock access to your private member portal with access to your session recordings and resources vault.
FOR 30 DAYS AFTER YOUR SCALE DAY: You’ll have Voxer access to ask any questions related to your Scale Day sessions.
