How do I access information about my billing and account?

Click on the "Account Dashboard" link in the menu above. There you'll be able to change your password and view your billing and contact preferences.

I signed up for a course but don't have access to all the content. Why am I locked out of some of the modules?

Course content is released in stages to help you stay focused. In most cases, a new module will become available each week. For details, go to the Account Dashboard and look at the "My Memberships" table. Click on a membership to see when new content will be available to you.
