Episode 38: Beliefs That Keep You From Balance with Naphtali Roberts

How to Balance Work Life With Home Life for Entrepreneurs

The fine line to balance work life alongside your family, hobbies, and self care is never easy to find. As entrepreneurs, it’s easy to slip into “all work mode” and sacrifice everything else for the success of your business.

But if you have no time or energy to enjoy your life or the people you love, can it really be called ‘success’? I believe it’s possible to live in balance between your work and your life and still to scale your business to 7 figures.

Today’s podcast guest, Naphtali Roberts, therapist and life and business coach, shares a CORE distinction to make when choosing your daily/monthly priorities. These will make or break the difference between balance and unhealthy work mode.

Naphtali’s Top Tips on How to Balance Your Work Life With Your Non-Work Life

  • Naphtali is a fourth generation entrepreneur and she shares how she never wanted to own her own business, but when she became a mother, she naturally found her way into entrepreneurship as a marriage and family therapist and fell in love!
  • We discuss living a balanced life and what that looks like. Naphtali says that a balanced life is a life full of the things that you prioritize. It’s not full of the things that don’t matter to you.
  • “You can do anything you want to do!” Naphtali shares why she doesn’t really believe in that and how that messaging created a limiting belief in her life. It made her feel like she was a failure if she tried something that didn’t align with who she really was. You can’t have everything, but you can have everything that is important to YOU and aligns with YOU!
